Carbon Markets
Time to get access to CORSIA tier 1 carbon credits that are ready for take-off. The mandatory carbon compliance for airlines begins in 2027. This is a strategic opportunity window for early investors, the eligible supply in the market is limited and at the same time the compliance demand is high which creates a regulated market dynamics.
From January 2027, every airline operating international flights from a participating state is legally required to retire Tier 1 credits against emissions growth, with non-compliance assessed per aircraft under national law.
Three buyer classes compete for the same finite pool. Airlines face mandatory compliance from 2027, corporate net-zero buyers procure from the same Tier 1 inventory in parallel, and professional buyers arbitrage the spread between origination-stage pricing and the compliance-stage airline bid.

Alternative Markets
Money is not enough to get access to top-performing alternative assets and funds.
Data shows that about 2% of VC funds (roughly 20 firms) earn 95% of VC profits, indicating that the vast majority of funds struggle to generate significant returns. Early-stage VCs reportedly fail on 80% of their ventures, with few "home runs" to offset losses.
Research indicates that about 95% of VC funds fail to achieve a "venture rate of return" (typically a 3x return on the fund). This suggests only a small fraction (around 5%) of VC funds deliver strong returns, while the rest either break even, lose money, or underperform relative to expectations.
The top-performing alternative asset segments, ranked by top-tier manager performance, include: private equity (buyouts and growth), private credit and direct lending, listed and private infrastructure, real estate and fractional assets, fractional art and collectibles.
Even with extensive research and diligence, limited partners (LPs)—often
struggle to access this small, elusive subset of top-performing funds that
consistently produce outsized distributions. Our industry relationships,
